Booking T&C's
- A non-refundable booking fee must be paid to secure your booking
- I Do not offer infills for sets of nails that I have not done previously. Foreign sets will require a soak off removal followed by a fresh set.
- Booking Fees are non-refundable. You can move your appointment up to 48 hours prior to appointment time.
- As a small business, refunds are not given. But a solution/fix will be offered if a problem should present itself within 7 days of service after examining the potential issue. No refunds on completed services. If you are unhappy with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so that I can resolve your issue.
- Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals after 15 minutes may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation
- No-shows may require full prepayment for their previous appointment for future bookings
- Payment in full due at the time of service. I accept cash or BACS/Bank transfer on the day of your booking. Leaving without payment is classed as theft and the police will be called.
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
- Patch tests are required for Eyelash & Eyebrow treatments (except waxing) and are the client’s responsibility to book and attend. Failure to do so will end up in your appointment being cancelled and your booking fee not returned.
- Minimum age of treatment is 16 (except for hair tinsel)
- For safety and insurance reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour.
- Client information is kept confidential and used only for business purposes. I comply with applicable data protection regulations.
- Please arrive alone to your appointment unless of prior agreement; the salon space is small, and shared with other stylists.

My name is Chloe, and I’m the founder of Atomic Beauty York, established in 2021. Based in York, my journey into beauty is one that’s been years in the making, and one I’ve never looked back on.
My passion for the beauty industry began at just 14 years old, working as a weekend salon assistant. Being immersed in the salon environment from such a young age gave me a deep appreciation for the artistry, confidence, and self-expression that beauty can bring.
In 2020, I decided to turn that passion into reality. I took the leap and qualified as a lash technician, before going on to train in brows, nails, and a wide range of other beauty treatments. Each qualification strengthened not only my skill set, but my vision for what I wanted my own business to be.
I’ve worked tirelessly on my branding to ensure it truly reflects who I am. Atomic Beauty York is heavily inspired by the vintage era of the 1950s and 1960s, my favourite time for beauty, fashion, and music. This era influences everything from the aesthetic of my brand, fashion and music taste. When I am not at work, my hobbies are motorcycling and vanlife!

Building genuine relationships with my clients is at the heart of what I do, and I’m passionate about delivering high-quality treatments using vegan and cruelty-free products only. I am fully qualified, insured, and DBS checked, so you can book with complete confidence.
